4. PRICES & PAYMENT

All prices displayed on the website are shown in euros (€) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to modify prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

Payment is processed securely via Shopify’s payment providers. We do not store or have access to your full payment details.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU CONSUMERS)

In accordance with European consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive your order, without providing any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by email at contact@lola-bags.com within the 14-day period.

Returned items must:

  • be unused,
  • be in their original condition,
  • include original packaging.

Once the return is approved and received, we will issue a refund within 14 days, using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

6. LEGAL GUARANTEE (EU COMPLIANCE)

All products sold on this website benefit from the European legal guarantee of conformity, valid for 2 years from the date of delivery.

If a product is defective or does not conform to the description, you are entitled to repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with applicable EU law.
