Material of the products
The bags from Collection Paris are all made of vegan leather.
This composition enables us to comply with eco-friendly causes, which are very important to us, by using a layer of recycled PU over corn peel, and ensure resistance and impermeability.
The bags from Collection Madrid are made of various certified materials:
- La Castellana: 100% pure & certified leather
- El Goya: 100% certified suede material,
- El Ibiza: handmade in macrame material.
The products were carefully designed in Paris, then Madrid, and assembled by our teams to be sent out across Europe from our atelier in Spain, under 3 to 5 business days.
Origins of the products
Collection Paris was designed in Paris and produced in Portugal.
Collection Madrid was designed in Madrid and produced in Turkey.
Weight of the products
The weight of the different models of bags we offer are the following :
- Les Gobelins: 650g
- Filles du Calvaire: 250g
- Ranelagh: 400g
- La Castellana: 700g
- El Ibiza: 400g
- El Goya: 800g
Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
Where do you ship ?
We deliver all around Europe, directly to your home, from our workshop in Spain.
We do not, however, offer delivery to relay points.
What are the delivery fees ?
We offer the shipping on all orders around Europe, with no minimum amount required !
What are the shipping delays ?
You products are sent from our atelier in Spain, the same day you place the order - thanks to the reactivity of our logistics team.
The order is then delivered within 2 to 5 days later, depending on the closeness of the shipping address.
Can I exchange or return my product ?
You can return your product within 14 days following the reception of the order.
You will then receive the amount reimbursed on the card with which the initial payment had been made, in the 7 days following reception of the product by our teams.
You can exchange the product within the 30 days following reception of the order. The shipping fees of your returning of the product, and the shipping fees to deliver the new one will be at your charge.
